Delete your FocusFlow account
FocusFlow is provided by DEVELOPER_NAME. You can delete your account and the data stored with it at any time, from the app or by asking us.
Delete it in the app
- Open FocusFlow and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account, then confirm.
- Confirm your Google account when Google asks. Deletion then completes right away.
Ask us to delete it
If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] from the Google account you used to sign in, with the subject "FocusFlow account deletion". We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it's done.
What is deleted

What is kept
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics): these can include recent app activity, such as task titles. They're tied to an account ID, not your name or email, and deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Purchases: subscriptions are billed by Google Play and managed through RevenueCat, which keep their own purchase records. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription; cancel it in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
